DENAPOX EZ - dispersive anticor. 2component epox-acr. enamel [ Výrobek nebo zboží k prodeji ]

DENAPOX EZ - dispersive anticorrosive two-component epoxi-acrylate enamel -
DENAPOX EZ is a two-component water diluted enamel suitable for priming as well as top anticorrosive coating of metal grounds demanding chemical and anticorrosive resistance and operating life indoors as well as outdoors. The pigmented component DENAPOX EZ contains a special acrylate dispersion, inorganic and organic pigments, coalescents, biocides, detergents and dispersive agents, an antifoaming agent, rheology modifiers, and other additives aptly affecting the properties of the substance. DENAPOX SETTING AGENT contains an emulsion from epoxide resin.
Use: Half-matt coats of semi-products and products in foundries, smithies, mechanical engineering, and other industries.
Properties:
Density: 1.25 - 1.40 kg/l
Mass dry substance: 45 - 55 %
pH 8.5 - 10
Volume dry substance: 35 - 45 %
The coat has excellent anticorrosive properties; it is highly resistant to chemical effects, especially of oils, cutting lubricants, food products, organic solvents, detergents and disinfectants, etc. Owing to its being highly resistant to the effects of UV radiation and being weatherproof, it is also suitable to be used outdoors.
Ground preparation: The grounds must be dry, devoid of mechanical as well as greasy impurities. It is recommended to apply the coat on a perfectly degreased, phosphated or sandblasted ground.
Procedure: Before application, the enamel DENAPOX EZ and DENAPOX SETTING AGENT should be mixed in the ration of 100 : 7; during adding the setting agent into the enamel, the enamel should be stirred all the time. Workability of the starched enamel is at least 12 hours at 23 °C. Stirring is done by an appropriate mixing device (e.g. by a drilling machine with a stirrer), hand stirring is inadmissible. The paint is applied on the ground by a paint roller, brush, or by spraying. It is advised always to consult the method and conditions during application (the temperatures, the volatilization and ripening time, the type of applying device, etc.) with the producer or supplier beforehand.
Shades: In accordance with the swatches RAL, EUROTREND, NCS, ČSN, or in shades by arrangement in a matt design.
Packaging and storage: The paint and the setting agent are supplied in metal or plastic packages according to the arrangement with the customer. The product should be stored in original packages at temperatures from +5 až + 25 °C, storage life min. 12 months from the date of production. The product must not freeze.
Security and hygiene: DENATOP SETTING AGENT contains epoxide components and is categorised as Xi irritant - it irritates eyes and skin, it can cause sensibilisation when coming into contact with skin. When working with the setting agent and starched paint, follow the security instructions stated in the security sheet DENAPOX SETTING AGENT. Use protective clothing, plastic or rubber gloves, and protective glasses or a protective shield. When working in bounded spaces, provide aeration. When the aeration is imperfect or when spraying, use a face guard with a filter against organic vapours. If skin is stained extensively, wash the affected spots with water and soap; if eyes are hit, wash them out properly with a stream of clean water; in serious cases seek medical treatment.
Waste liquidation:Take empty metal packages to a salvage collector, waste code: 150104. Plastic packages liquidate as other waste, waste code: 150102. Paint remainders and impure packages liquidate as dangerous waste, waste code: 080111.
