DENAKOR SD/DL - priming anticorrosive paint [ Výrobek nebo zboží k prodeji ]

DENAKOR SD/DL - priming anticorrosive paint for application in industry -
DENAKOR SD/DL is a unary priming anticorrosive water diluted paint formed on the base of styrene-acrylate dispersion. It contains anticorrosive and coloured pigments, fine fillers, biocides, coalescents, and other additives modifying its properties. It contains water and a little amount of solvents on the base of glycol-ethers as thinners; it does not contain any aromatic solvents or lakbenzine.
Use: Anticorrosive protection and priming coating of products and semi-products in foundries, smithies, in mechanical engineering and other metal-working workshops. It is an economically advantageous variant of an anticorrosive paint.
Properties:
Density: 1.15 - 1.30 kg/l
Mass dry substance: 45 - 55 %
pH 8 - 10
Volume dry substance: 35 - 45 %
After the paint becomes dry, it forms a medium-hard film, which is characterised by excellent anticorrosive properties and excellent cohesion to metal grounds.
Ground preparation: The grounds must be dry and devoid of all mechanical as well as greasy impurities, rust and scales. A recommended pretreatment is sandblasting of the ground.
Paint application: The paint is supplied in consistency for dip painting, air spraying, high-pressure spraying, possibly for mechanical brush and paint roller application according to the customer’s demands. Therefore it is recommended always to discuss the method of application and the conditions during application with the producer and to adapt the composition of the paint to the conditions given. The paint is not suitable for priming coats applied outdoors at diverse weather and temperature conditions.
Shades: Reddish brown, light grey, black, or in shades by arrangement.
Theoretical spreading capacity: 5 - 7 m2/kg when the thickness of the dry layer is 50 m.
Packaging and storage: Sheet metal or plastic packages weighing 0.8 - 200 kg. The paint should be stored in original packages at temperatures from +5 až +25 °C, storage life min. 12 months from the date of production. The paint must not freeze.
Security and hygiene: DENAKOR SD/DL is not harmful in the sense of valid regulations. When working with and handling the paint, follow the instructions stated in the security sheet. Use protective aids and observe the personal hygiene principles. When spraying, protect your respiratory organs; in bounded spaces provide aeration of the workplace. If eyes are hit, wash them out properly with a large amount of clean water and seek medical treatment.
Waste liquidation: Take empty metal packages to a salvage collector, waste code: 150104. Plastic packages liquidate as other waste, waste code: 150102. Paint remainders and impure packages liquidate as dangerous waste, waste code: 080111.
